i built my first business from the ground up: a chiropractic practice i loved like a firstborn. then my actual firstborn arrived, and everything i thought i knew about service cracked open.

i’m a chiropractor by trade, a birth keeper by calling, a mother, and the co-founder and creative director of the vessel village, an integrated motherhood and family living ecosystem rooted in hawaiʻi. my work lives where cellular vitality, conscious living, and beauty meet. i mean the kind of beauty that comes up and out from the inside ~ the decorative beauty, but a FELT beauty.

for five years i cared for pregnant and postpartum women in my chiropractic practice, and i sat with more than thirty of them through birth. again and again, i watched women look outside themselves for permission to know what they already knew (INnately).

for me, the goal was mothers who are clear on who they are, who say YES to the transformation that birth is. to be renewed by the process. to be made completely new.

because motherhood is spiritual. i’m not talking about the God of rules and religious frameworks. i mean the God you meet in the middle of labor, in the middle of the night, in your own body as it brings life into the world.

my work is to witness God being BORN back into motherhood, back into our day to day. there are many windows in.

for me, home has never been just a place. it’s where life philosophy lives and where love becomes a spiritual practice. the vision for our family is expansion: the weaving of vitality, devotion, community, beauty & ultimately God as the foundation of how we live ~ THE FRUIT OF OUR LIFE.

i’m a wife, a mother of two, and a builder of a life i choose to be fully alive in. i’m grateful to live in hawaiʻi, where my husband is from. we let this land be our teacher and our inspiration.
